Taking a Risk to Help Transform a Downtown

When our next guest decided to open a fine dining restaurant in downtown Greenville 21 years ago, many thought he had lost his mind.  At that time, the city was still in the planning stages of its downtown transformation and jumping on board that endeavor was certainly a risk.  But as you can guess, it paid off.  His company now owns 8 restaurants, a private catering space, a food truck and employs more than 550 people.
